Enabling one of the biggest cosmetics’ manufacturer in Minas Gerais to export. In addition to the internationalization, the company wanted to make its procedures more professional and efficient. objetivo profissionalizar seus processos.
In 2016, Mak trading started to develop the brand to penetrate the international market. Since then, Fashion became part of ABIHPEC internationalization project, an important professional association in that sector. Mak trading also offered analysis and support to change the packaging to comply with export requirements.
Due to the current scenario, an opportunity was identified to leverage exports through hand sanitizer sales, opening up opportunities for other products in the portfolio. Currently, there is a project under development led by a global group of Beauty experts from MAK

With a well-structured project to export hand sanitizer, new opportunities to introduce and negotiate the complete product line will arise, hence, opening up new markets and boosting sales of products that are already exported.

Em 2011, a Mak Trading atuou no direcionamento da Sweet para lançamentos com diferenciais competitivos, em um cenário onde a maioria das empresas de cosméticos profissionais do Brasil apostavam em progressivas à base de formol para exportar.
O primeiro produto a alcançar novos horizontes foi a primeira escova progressiva com ácido hialurónico, que virou febre na Espanha em 2014. Dois anos depois, a Sweet lançou o primeiro shampoo que alisa no mundo.

Starting in only 2 countries in 2012, in 2020, the products are available in more than 70 countries. Since 2016, more than 50% of the revenue was coming from international sales, reaching 70% in 2019.
In some of the most respected Beauty Salons chains worldwide, the accelerated growth was sustained by having an integrated logistic and commercial operation. Participating on all the main international beauty exhibitions and cooperating with distributors worldwide, Sweet built a reputation that captured the attention of the big players on that market. Recently, in a negotiation led by MAK, Sweet signed a contract with the biggest Beauty Sales group in the world
